Coldwell Banker History:
The Coldwell Banker was founded on August 27, 1906 on the heels of the devastating 1906 fire and earthquake that leveled San Francisco. A young real estate agent, Colbert Coldwell saw the need for honest, knowledgeable real estate services to help the city rebuild. As the company grew, he hired Arthur Banker as a member of his sales staff. The two businessmen eventually formed a partnership, and in 1914 the real estate company known as Coldwell Banker was born.

ReplyDeleteColdwell Banker is all of the world selling real estate. I am sure that they have many connections to help many types of investors.
In terms of good deals, I am not too sure that bigger will always get you better deals for your investors. It certainly helps but their are other factors that need to be considered too like the state of the economy and the relationship with the owner of the property.
